Fujifilm introduces the X-S1, its new DSLR like bridge

Despite its DSLR look Fujifilm’s new X-S1 is just another bridge coming from the company that made the amazing X1. Sure looks is here deceiving and while you may be tempting to find a way to swap this 26x optical Zoom fitted on this nice SUPER EBC Fujimon Lens, you will quickly realize that that you are waiting your time while you should focus, no pun intended, on the rather nice little spec of this new kind of bridge.
Mounted with a 12Mpix EXR sensor, the X-S1 comes with a 10fps burst mode, a 1.44m pixel EVF, an ISO speed ranging from 100 up to 12,800, a Full HD Video mode and an adjustable 3” display.
Announced in Japan at a price around $1000, the X-S1 is schedule to be available within a few weeks.
