Today is truly a sad day for the tech world, as we recently got some very sad news that Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple, has passed away.

Apple has confirmed to the press that Steve Jobs has died today at the age of 56. His family issued a statement to the Wall Street Journal stating he “died peacefully today surrounded by his family…We know many of you will mourn with us, and we ask that you respect our privacy during our time of grief.”

Recently stepping down from his position as CEO and naming Tim Cook his successor, Steve’s visionary and genius has had such a profound effect on the world of technology, from the first personal computers to the beginning of the post-PC era, that he will surely be remembered for ages.

    Steve Job,
may our Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Yin & Lord Buddha bless your soul.

Your passing will leave a great void in the Tech world.
You have changed the world in the IT field.

May you rest in peace & one day return in your reincarnation.

It is your destiny to be with the Lords in Heaven & may they take kindly on you
to return you back to earth.
