Toshiba develops TransferJet Wireless chip

Straight from the Toshiba Corp laboratories is the all new TransferJet compatible wireless chip.

Toshiba plans to start shipping samples of the TC35420 chip by the end of January 2012. Toshiba is hoping that the new chip will be implemented in notebook PCs, tablet computers, smartphones, etc.

The new chip has a higher sensivity at around -78dbm. The TransferJet technology will be implemented in devices that need to transfer data at close range. This technology is rated at a maximum 560 Mbit/s
