NEC put on sales in Japan its new ShieldPRO N22G rugged PC

Available since this morning in Japan, NEC’s ShieldPRO N22G is the company latest rugged PC. Compliant with the IP65 (International Protection Rating), this Core i7-660UE (1.33GHz) is capable to withstand the worse including vibration, Impact, 90cm high fall, waterproof, and dustproof.
Sold with 4GB of RAM, the ShieldPRO N22G comes wih the choice between 100 of 160GB of HDD as well as an optional 32GB SSD, a 12.1” XGA screen, SD Slot, PCMCIA, USB, FireWire, WiFi, Gigabit, Bluetooth… As well as a battery life spam announced for 12h with a total weight of 2.7kg!
