Toshiba Portégé Z830 is lighter than Apple’s MacBook Air
I always had a great admiration for Toshiba’s Portégé Series and with today’s new Z830 I may finally found an excuse to switch back to windows!
Powered by an Intel Second Gen Core i3 up to Core i7 ULV CPU, the Portégé Z830 is also announced to be 20% lighter then the R830 and also 40% thinner! Making it as compact as a MacBook Air 11” but with a 13” screen!
Other goodies includes a 128GB SSD, 6GB of RAM, a Magnesium body, LED Backlight display and with up to 8h of battery life (According to Toshiba) . While there is not words on the final pricing of this baby yet, rumors want that Toshiba will market this new Portégé Z830 below $1000 USD!
