JVC offers the SR-DVM700, a video player/recorder that supports DVDs and Mini DV, with a 250GB internal hard disk, and the possibility to copy videos an all media (both ways). It has native support for DV, with MPEG-2 at 25Mbps (the maximum bit rate on Mini DV and Mini DV HD). If you still prefer using tape on your video cameras, this is an ideal solution to store your movies. For the others, well, you can switch to Blu-Ray…
