Dear Readers, it’s once again the time of the year when most Japanese companies are shutting down for the Bon Festival and there’s also a slowing down of the pace of news available for us to publish.
Also, since last January and since Akihabara News and I decided that we will be better of alone, I did not have much time to take a rest and will use this opportunity to enjoy a week-long holiday to enjoy swimming and playing with my four-year-old daughter that lately really needs her daddy.

This said, I am not going to let you down like this without news for a full week and I will try to keep at least a “two post per day” rhythm until Sunday, Aug. 21. Also, during this period I will continue working on some reviews and hope to publish my 2011 Vaio Z review this week, a Fujitsu NFC Interview while testing Toyota’s FJ Cruiser in the mud. Our other writers from around the world will also continue to post this week as well.
