As Moonman said, processors can be clocked at speeds below their spec.  This is very common in mobile handsets as a power saving measure.  Also, the fact that an Atom processor is an x86 part has nothing to do with whether an OS needs to be virtualized or not.  You&#039;re thinking about emulation, I hope.  If not, WHAT ARE THINKING?]]></description>
