    I find this announcement very curious, as Microsoft requires Vista-certified LCD displays to be capable of billions of colors, like PDPs, not just a faster pixel response time and higher contrast ratios, but no existing LCD technology allows for billions of colors. Did Vista change its spec requirements and simply not tell anyone?
