We’ve seen Swarovski precious crystal in pretty much everything, and it was just a question of time that both Hello Kitty and Swarovski would officially met and gave birth to the company first Hello Kitty collection.
To mark such milestone, both company decided to offer to the public the possibility to enjoy the entire Swarovski’s first Hello Kitty Collection during a weeklong open event at Omotesandō Hills in Tokyo with the House of Hello Kitty.

House of Hello Kitty was the host o 5 major booths where fans of both Hello Kitty and Swarovski could enjoy Swarovski full Hello Kitty Collection of jewelry with 30 unique pieces including this gorgeous “Hello Kitty Limited Edition” figure (Photo Above) covered with 19,636 hand applied crystals and limited to only 88 pieces worldwide with just 25 for Japan which can be yours if you happen to have 14,800 USD handy, as well as a unique Chandelier made of 500 Hello Kitty dolls and created just for the occasion.

Other booth included a nice “Hello Kitty” theater where Swarovski Pendants are dancing in front of you (See Video) as well as a nice 3D holographic display booth (See Video) where you could visual a selected few items by simply waving your hands from left to right and up and down to zoom in/out on each items.
Other goodies includes a cute AR Photo booth (See Video) where people can enjoy Hello Kitty’s latest fashion and items and them later save their picture for posterity on their phone thanks to an embedded QR Core than once scanned with your phone will let you download the photo directly on their phone.

The last but not least, House of Hello Kitty exhibition hosted its own UFO Catcher (See Video) where you could get to grab a limited Hello Kitty doll featuring a unique Swarovski necklace, but on top of all, all the money collected by this UFO Catcher will be given to Tohoku’s Charity organization in order to help people stranded there.

Finally, while Japan will have the exclusivity of this new Swarovski Hello Kitty collection for a while, the company PR Spoke person told us that later this August Swarovski will make this new collection accessible to all via the company’s many worldwide stores!
