Kirpton , no relation with Superman’s home-world Krypton or the Kr chemical element, is a Japanese company specialized in High-end audio accessories and other equipment. Today, Kripton, announced their latest wonder with the AB-2200 a 28,350 Yen ($246USD) piece of wood also known as “Audio Board”. I know, I know I should not tease things like this and YES such product are very useful for anyone who owns a High-end Audio system in order to “neutralize” any vibrations, still, asking that much for a “piece” of wood always make me wonder if a cheaper homemade solution would not be better? Anyway this AB-2200 comes with a size of 450x400x44mm and can sustain speakers up to 150kg.
